·   Manage both Production (customer facing product) and Corporate Technology Operations for all Fandango brands including Fandango.com, FandangoNow.com, Movietickets.com, Flixter.com and Rottentomatoes.com

·   Responsible for managing Corporate IT and Technology resources for 5 worldwide offices providing development and support for all Fandango brands. Service teams include Help Desk, Systems Engineering, Data Operations and Content Creation

·   Built a fully staffed, 24x7x365 Network Operations Center to proactively monitor and respond to al performance issues across all brands

·   Developed and implemented Incident Management processes for both business and security concerns

·   Spearheaded all technology outside of RF related systems at the largest network owned and operated duopoly in the CBS Television Network; including budgets, personnel management, vendor relationship management, server and desktop support to 500+ employees in a 24x7 business operation

·   Played a key role in the buildout and migration of all users from the CBS Columbia Square Facility in Hollywood to the newly built CBS Studio Center Broadcast Center in Studio City consisting of 750 Windows workstations in both business and broadcast areas, 24 Macintosh workstations on a 60TB Dedicated SAN and server infrastructure, both physical and virtualized, to support them all
